Feedback

The Bureau of Immigration welcomes feed back on the services provided and we value the suggestions given. The following can be the modes of feed back:

(iv) Feed back cards are provided at major international airports and at Registration Offices on self addressed letters, which can be filled-up by the passengers and placed in the drop boxes. The feed back cards can also be collected and sent later by post.
